Refund Policy
Effective January 1, 2026
Custom Work
Vero Collective Studios delivers custom design and development services tailored to each client. Because work is created specifically for you and involves dedicated time and resources, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of the project and the terms agreed to in writing before work began.
Deposits
Project deposits secure your spot on our schedule and cover the discovery, planning, and initial design phases. Deposits are generally non-refundable once those phases have started.
Mid-Project Refunds
If a project is paused or cancelled after work has started, any refund will reflect the work already completed, time invested, and milestones reached. Completed phases are not eligible for refund.
Completed Projects
Once a final deliverable has been approved and handed off, the project is considered complete and is not eligible for a refund.

If something isn't working, please reach out before requesting a refund. Most concerns can be resolved with a quick conversation, an adjustment to scope, or a round of revisions. Our goal is for you to be genuinely happy with the work.
